Comment on this from another platform: LEONARDO AUDIO

"I'm an audiobook coach. Been formally coaching for 5 years. Before I entered audiobook narration, I was a career actor coach, teaching actors how to design their careers from small to large markets from 2009-13. Once I go to 150 credits, I started evaluating demo samples.

Then I became the resident audiobook coach for Boston Casting in 2019, and have expanded the instructional business from there. "

Hi, Tanya! Thanks for another excellent article and for the nice shout-out to me and my site!

I added a link to this article at the top of the page of my Coaches Directory, which has over 40 vetted people who offer coaching to narrators on business or performance: https://www.narratorsroadmap.com/coaches-directory/

Cordially,

The only thing I would add is: if you're new to the industry, ask someone well respected in the industry that ISN'T a coach what the word on the street is about the coach you're thinking about hiring. Some of the most successful coaches with lots of clients have at best a mixed reputation for producing students ready to work, so it's always worth asking someone on the inside what folks are saying.

But otherwise, I love this rundown! Definitely going to recommend this to friends and students going forward. Thank you, Tanya!
